PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve medical care based on evidence by providing a system for promoting the two-way use of evidence among research institutions, medical institutions, and patients. PSOLUTION: In the system, an intermediate mechanism provided with a host server is provided between a plurality of research institutions and a plurality of medical institutions on a nationwide scale, and the plurality of medical institutions and the intermediate mechanism are connected via a network, and information except patients' personal information in the plurality of medical institutions is stored in a database of the host server of the intermediate mechanism, and information retrieval/selection based on a certain condition allows verification studies, empirical studies, and clinical trials to be performed by many samples of evidence obtained by the research institutions with respect to a specific disease, and information is transmitted/received between patients and medical institutions through portable storage media.
