PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and high-precision method for microbiological examination of food and beverage.;SOLUTION: In the method for microbiological examination of liquid or semisolid food and beverage to be filled or sealed in a container, 30-95 vol.% based on the total of a medium and food and beverage of a liquid medium is mixed with the residual quantity of food and beverage in the container, the mixture is stored under a growth environment according to an examination object microorganism for a fixed period, the property change of contents in the container is observed after passage of the fixed period and the presence of the examination object microorganism in the food and beverage is examined.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
