PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide automatic calling to an optimum call destination without specifying a call-destination telephone number from a call-origin telephone terminal while keeping telephone numbers of both the sides secret to each other.;SOLUTION: A speech communication control unit has a call termination section (961) which receives a call to a first telephone number allocated to a first terminal from the call-origin telephone terminal and establishes a first speech communication session, an automatic voice answering section (961) which transmits a voice guidance message to the call-origin telephone terminal through a first speech communication session and receives a dial tone signal input in sequence in response, a call-destination terminal retrieval section (963) which analyzes the received dial tone signal to retrieve the call-destination telephone terminal, a call origination section (96) which calls the retrieved call-destination telephone terminal with a second telephone number allocated to a second terminal to establish a second speech communication session, and bridge processing sections (961, 969) which perform bridging between the first and second speech communication sessions.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
