PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device capable of shortening a delay time while maintaining the quality of a display image by adaptively controlling the amount of the thinning of input commands, to provide an input command processing method and an input command processing program thereof, and to provide a terminal device.;SOLUTION: The server device includes a thinning processing means 160 which executes the thinning processing of a plurality of received control instructions by using a thinning processing method stored in association with a control instruction received by a reception means 70 in the case that an operation object of this control instruction is an application program stored in a storage means 170 in association with the control instruction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
