PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam radiating head which can improve the quality of deposited portions and welded portions, and can shorten a maintenance time and a working time. PSOLUTION: The laser beam radiating head comprises an image forming optical system A, a prism optical system B, and a deflection optical system C. The laser beams transmitted through the respective optical systems A, B, C can irradiate the outer peripheral portion of an object 12 to be irradiated from the radial direction, the object 12 being arranged inside the deflection optical system C on the optical axis side of the image forming optical system A. In addition, the passage of the gas flowing along the surface of the deflection optical system C opposed to the object 12 to be irradiated in the radial direction is provided inside the laser beam radiating head.
