PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heald frame made from a fiber-reinforced composite material, which gives a role for integrally linking with a side stay to a heald frame body, simplifies a method for linking, has a light weight and is widely improved in view of its cost and work, and also a method for linking the heald frame body with the side stay.;SOLUTION: This frame body 2 has a honeycomb structural body 9 in an inner layer, a filament-reinforced composite material 12 arranged in an surface layer, and a reinforced part 10 formed by filling a staple fiber-reinforced composite material, resin or foamed material into a honeycomb structural body 4 at a part or the whole of the circumferential end surface of the honeycomb structural body 9 of the inner layer within the range of 3-30 mm in width.
