HIGH-QUALITY CULTIVATION METHOD OF CACTUS

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality cultivation method of cactuses, capable of giving sufficient moisture stress, realizing high sugar content, suitably regulating sunlight conditions in cultivation period and increasing fruit thinning rate. PSOLUTION: The cactuses are cultivated by using a container set on a turntable and having a drain hole on the bottom in a cultivating house, after giving a plant sufficient moisture stress by draining treatment before harvest, the cactuses are fertilized with sweeteners. Further, in artificial pollination, pollens collected from plural stamens of the same species different kind are mixed and brought into contact with the whole pistil or put into pollen tubes.
