PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lean and effective demand control not creating a burden on customers in busy accommodations having a plurality of rooms. PSOLUTION: This demand control device 10 for controlling electric power demand of an environment providing device providing the rooms R of the accommodations with environment, comprises a detection signal determining portion 12a, a priority deciding portion 12b and a demand control command portion 12d. The detection signal determining portion 12a determines whether a first detection signal indicating the existence of a customer in the room, is received or not. The priority deciding portion 12b decides a first priority as the priority of demand control by determination processing by the detection signal determining portion.
