Stabilization water fluoro polymer dispersed ones which contain the fluoro surface active agent and the cation characteristic surface active agent under approximately 300ppm with the weight of dispersed ones as a standard, include the fluoro polymer particle. The cation characteristic surface active agent is useful although viscosity of dispersed ones is decreased, and the desirable cation characteristic surface active agent is volatility at the time of coating or film casting operating of including drying and sinterring dispersed ones.
