PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wieldy high-performance thin thermal fuse using nickel substantially inoxidizable in the air as lead conductor strips. ;SOLUTION: Tips of a pair of lead conductor strips 2 are firmly fixed to the one side of a resin based film 11, and a low-melting fusible alloy piece 3 is connected between the tips of the lead conductors 2, then a flux 4 is applied to the low-melting fusible alloy piece 3, and a resin cover film 12 is put on the one side of the resin base film 11, to seal between the films on the periphery of both the resin films and between the resin cover film 12 and the lead conductors 2, thus the thermal fuse is obtained. Here, the respective thicnesses of the resin films 11, 12 are set at 80 μm-220 μm, and a nickel strip body having thickness of 80 μm-220 μm and the Vickers hardness of 100-280 is used as the lead conductor strips 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
