When the work table 11 is inclined downward in an X positive direction from the initial position, a light-receiving position is shifted to a point Q deviated from an x axis in measuring coordinate systems, and a movement direction and a rotational deviation angle (-α) with respect to the x axis direction are stored in the memory.
