PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a wrong orientation of an intramedullary nail inserted into a medullary cavity into a proper orientation by an easy operation.;SOLUTION: An orientation correcting device of an intramedullary nail inserted into a bone from a proximal side comprises the intramedullary nail which has a bored orientation correcting hole at a distal end in the axial direction of the nail and one or a plurality of bored screw holes on the proximal side from the orientation correction hole and an insertion guide which is connected to the proximal end of the intramedullary nail, follows the bone outside the skin, and comprises a steel wire guide hole used for inserting an orientation correction steel wire and a screw guide hole used for inserting a screw at positions meeting the orientation correction hole and the screw hole.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
