PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for a medical institution to conduct a medical treatment functional analysis from the number of hospital days and medical treatment fee. PSOLUTION: This management system 30 inputs each type of set items and patient data in the medical institution to be analyzed by an input means 1 and selects either of analysis technique A or B by selection means 3, 6. The analysis technique A divides the total billed amount at the investigation time by the period of hospitalization till the time of investigation and operates the medical treatment unit price for each patient by an operation processing means 4. The analysis technique B divides the analysis object monthly billed amount by the period of hospitalization in an object month and operates the medical treatment unit price for each patient by an operation processing means 7. Data processing means 5, 8 output hospital-days/medical-treatment-unit-price analysis graphs analyzed by the analysis techniques A, B.
