PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management support system and its method in which the subjects to be taken by medical institution are cleaned by data analysis based on a benchmark technique and improvement and reorganization activities of medical institutions are supported. SOLUTION: Respective medical institutions upload their actual result information from receipt computers 1 to a WWW server 3 on an Internet line 2. The WWW server 3 compares the actual result information of the medical institutions with that of other medical institutions by taking the data analysis based on the benchmark technique and provides the comparison result as a report to the medical institutions.
