PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for easily manufacturing a spherical body such as a solder ball at a low cost with a small number of processes.;SOLUTION: The raw material (a) of the spherical body is separated in a predetermined quantity in a molten state, formed into a spherical shape by the surface tension in the molten state, and then, cooled and solidified. Since the raw material is separated in the molten state, a conventional process of working the raw material into plates and wires can be dispensed with, and the manufacturing process can be shortened.
