PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure and a mounting method for an embedded form in a method of repairing/reinforcing a concrete structure having excellent workability, functionality and economical efficiency without requiring expert skill for work.;SOLUTION: In this mounting structure for the embedded form, a fiber mat 2 is disposed on a repaired/reinforced surface of the concrete structure 1, and the embedded form is mounted to hold the fiber mat 2 between the repaired/reinforced surface and the embedded form. The embedded form is composed of a plurality of adjusting form boards 3 fixed in parallel with spaces to the repaired/reinforced surface, and main form boards 4 installed respectively between the mutually adjacent adjusting form boards 3.
