PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a form from being inclined during filling concrete for reinforcing concrete lining around an existing post in order to reinforce earthquake resistance. ;SOLUTION: A form 4 is provided around an existing post 1 is formed therein with openings 5 at several positions. Spacer devices 26 are fitted in the openings 5 in the four side surfaces of the post 1 at the second counted from the bottom of the post 1, respectively, jack bolts 14 in the spacer devices 26 are adjusted so as to regulate spaces between the form 4 and the four side surfaces of the post 1. Concrete is filled through the lowermost openings 5, up to a level in the vicinity of the lower edges of the lowermost openings 5. Then, the filling of the concrete is interrupted once, and the spacer devices 26 are removed from the openings 5 at the second counted from the bottom of the post 1 while the openings 5 at the second counted from the bottom of the post 1 are covered, and are then fitted in the openings 5 at the third counted from the bottom of the post 1, and the concrete is filled through the opening 5 at the second. With the repetitions of this work upward along the form 4 from the bottom, the concrete is placed over the entire height of the post 1 therearound.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
