PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel high speed vessel hardly receiving influence of a wave and capable of navigating on water at a high speed.;SOLUTION: The hydro-planing aerofoil vessel (2) is provided with a hull (4); a propulsion means (6) of the hull; and an aerofoil (8) of a vertically long triangle shape in which a stern (SB) side is enlarged viewed from above the hull (4) extending between a bow (SS) and the stern (SB) mounted to a bottom surface of the hull. The aerofoil (8) is provided with an upwardly warped aerofoil face part (10) having an aerofoil face (FF) upwardly warped relative to a navigation direction on the bow (SS) side portion; and an arch-like aerofoil face part (12) having an arch-like aerofoil face (RF) upwardly projected viewed from a front face of the hull (4) on a stern (SB) side portion continued to the upwardly warped aerofoil face part (10).
