PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently provide seedlings of strawberry that can be surely cultivated, even when they are transplanted in the natural environment. ;SOLUTION: The seedlings of strawberry is cultivated in a culture medium of a double - 10-time dilute MS liquid culture medium containing 0.5-2% of glucose and ≤0.5 mg/l of benzyladenine during their growth phase. In the extension phase, they are cultivated in a liquid culture medium that is prepared by adding the trace elements and vitamins in the MS culture medium, 3.0 mg/l of iron ethylenediaminetetraacetate and 0.5-3% of saccharide and ≤0.5 mg/l of benzyladenine to a liquid fertilizer including nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium at a ratio (N:P:K) of 6.5/6/19.
