PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for enabling communications among different interactive languages by using a current-level voice recognition technology and a current-level machine translation technology which may not always output correct results. PSOLUTION: The system comprises an interactive controller 30 for controlling an interactive while confirming the result of an understanding speech between a user A and a user B, and a storage unit 40 for storing an interactive scenario used for referring to confirm the result of the understanding speech between the user A and the user B, and to determine whether either the user A or the user B responds to the other. Consequently, the system transfers to the other interactive user a responding content specified by the language used by the other interactive user if the system determines with a help of the interactive scenario that the other interactive user can respond to the user by using the language used by the other interactive user.
