PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a system capable of diagnosing abnormal degradation state of an electric facility. PSOLUTION: The system comprises a diagnostic device that measures the current harmonics flowing into an electrical facility; a computer to which diagnostic data from the diagnostic device is inputted; and a server with an artificial intelligence engine mounted thereon that is connected to the computer via the Internet, wherein specific correction measures for the electrical facility can be contrived, in response to the degree of abnormal degradation that is occurring in the electrical facility and the level of the degree of the abnormal degradation.
