In Japan, the aging of public facilities constructed during the period of high economic growth is progressing. It is expected that huge renewal investment will concentrate in the future. In addition to the reduction in tax revenues, supplementary expenses etc. are expected to increase, there is concern about securing expenses for renewal and repair. In this report, we examined the creation of a format relating to simple deterioration diagnosis when checking public facilities and infrastructure facilities, and the manualization of implementation method.
