To improve the productivity of the antibody, is reliable, the present invention relates to a reproducible method. More particularly, the present invention provides a method of improving the productivity of antibodies in eukaryotic cells by modifying the heavy chain of the antibody. Furthermore, the method of the present invention can improve both the antigen-binding properties and one or more of the antibody productivity. The present invention provides altered antibodies that exhibit antigen-binding properties are improved, or show no change in the antigen-binding properties and are produced more.
