Programming step is executed with Vdd of approximately 1.5 times, on the one hand, perception operation the electronic fuse which originates in perception operation (xF [j]) is executed with Vdd which restricts the resistance fluctuation which covers. Because the standard fuse (xF) and the fuse which is programmed (xF [j]) it is connected in series, size of the electric current which is required for perceiving furthermore is decreased by 1/2, the fuse where on the one hand, during of programming is programmed (xF [j]) only restricts programming electric current. During perception operation, the gating transistor (mNR), in case of that way fuse the fuse selective transistor (g [j]) the brown out which covers is emulated.
