PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sort out journalists to which news releases are delivered in delivery of the news releases toward the journalists.;SOLUTION: A delivery server 3 for delivering a news release according to the delivery level comprises a news release recording part 34 for recording news releases in conformation to delivery levels; a journalist information recording part 36 recording a receivable level that is the highest value of delivery level of news release at which a journalist can receive the delivery; a news release reading part 38 for reading the receivable level recorded by the journalist information recording part 36 and reading news releases corresponding to delivery levels of the receivable level or less from the news release recording part 34; and a news release delivery part 39 delivering the news releases read by the news release reading part 38 to a terminal 2 of the journalist.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
