PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a method for measuring mRNA encoding an enzyme associated with a sulfuric acid conjugation in human by using the PCR, especially a real time detection method, and a probe and primer for the same method.;SOLUTION: This method for measuring the mRNA encoding the enzyme associated with the sulfuric acid conjugation in human uses a measurement kit. The measurement kit is selected from combinations of primer pairs of forward primers and reverse primers consisting of probes and oligonucleotides hybridizing with specific domains of a gene. The probes are used for the measurement of the mRNA of the enzyme associated with the sulfuric acid conjugation and consist of oligonucleotides hybridizing with the specific domains of the gene.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
