PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the activeness of protein phosphorylated enzyme in a specimen with high sensitivity by using monoclonal antibody coupling peculiarly with phosphorylated PS peptide (prepared as phosphorylated serine of amino acid No.7 of PS peptide expressed by the sequence No.1). ;SOLUTION: The immunological measurement of the activeness of protein phosporylated enzyme is performed by using monoclonal antibody coupling peculiarly with phosphorylated PS peptide. First PKA (protein having dependency upon cyclic AMP) or PKC (protein kinase C) as labelling substance is put in reaction with PS peptide turned in solid phase, and then a labelled monoclonal antibody prepared by labelling the monoclonal antibody with the labelling substance is put in reaction, and the labelling amount of the product from reaction is measured so that a working curve is prepared. Then the specimen is put in reaction with the PS peptide turned in solid phase, and the labelled monoclonal antibody is put in reaction, and the labelling amount of this product from reaction is measured, and the enzyme activeness of the PKA or PKC contained in the specimen is determined from the working curve.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
