PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an operating state of an opening/closing body only when a user performs an intended operation to a remote control transmitter for an opening/closing device.;SOLUTION: The transmitter comprises one or more operation keys for instructing an operation for the opening/closing body; a specified position state detecting means for detecting a physical state of the position of the transmitter different from positions set by the respective operation keys; and an operation receiving and deciding means for deciding propriety of transmission of an operation instructing signal for the opening/closing body, in response to a detected state by the detecting means at the time or before and after the time when operation signals are generated by any operation key.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
