PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a share residence which makes an unmarried young woman having a job live with parents independently and can cope with a visiting care, a wheelchair living or the like.;SOLUTION: The share residence is so constituted that a first floor main zone 10 wherein the parents live is combined with a second floor sub-zone 20 wherein a child such as a working unmarried young woman or the like lives. The main zone and the sub-zone are capable of being connected to each other at the indoor or the outdoor connection space, and each zone can be separated into an outsider accessible area and an outsider non-accessible area, and an area necessary for the care is provided in the outsider accessible area nearby.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
