Chicken dung drying and incineration method

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for drying treatment of poultry dung exclusive to poultry dung through modifying a conventional livestock dung drying treatment method, and to provide a method for reusing the resultant treated matter. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a dry fertilizer of poultry dung comprising a hot air generating mechanism, a dung drying mechanism, an exhaust gas treatment mechanism and a deodorizing mechanism, this method for drying treatment of poultry dung is characterized by comprising the steps of accumulating the dung in poultry houses out of a treatment chamber, conveying a specified amount of the raw dung thus accumulated on a belt conveyor into the treatment chamber, charging the raw dung thus conveyed into a cylindrical body which is then rotated and crushing the raw dung and drying it while allowing it to fall, restoring the thus dried dung under vibration via a screw conveyor and then conveying it to a drying-finished dung stockpiling house, conveying the thus dried dung to a heat-generating furnace under conditioning with an inverter followed by making a heat generation, and unloading the resultant dung ash incinerated out of the treatment chamber. The other objective method for reusing the resultant treated matter as a fertilizer or feed is provided.
