PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to find an optimum preliminary draft on line and prepare modified slivers, threads and the likes in a device for finding an adjusting value of preliminary draft in a self-adjusting type draw frame for sliver.;SOLUTION: This apparatus is constituted to be used for adjusting an optimum break draft by finding a function between a measured value of deviation in yarn number counts and a preliminary draft value, bringing the measured values to form two approximated (synoptic) lines and using the intersection of the lines to adjust the optimum break draft.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
