PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a batch data transmission system, with which a load for a network can be reduced and the access right of a data file can be easily managed.;SOLUTION: A server 1 reports the preparation of a transmitting job to respective clients PC-A2, PC-B3 and PC-C4 (a). In response to that notice, the request of entry to a broadcast such as whether receiving of data is required or not is answered from each of clients to the server 1 (b). After the lapse of a prescribed time, data are transmitted from the server 1 by broadcasting and only the client, which answers that receiving of data is required in (b), can receive the data by a channel number previously reported from the server 1 (c).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
