PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single needle type blood vessel puncture tool 20 for dialysis which is inserted to the vein at one part and is easily and quickly operated to be inserted to the vein. PSOLUTION: In the single needle type blood vessel puncture tool 20 for the dialysis, an outer tube puncture needle 30 at the distal end is configured to be attachable and detachable to/from a puncture tool main body 201 comprising a branching tube 40 and a flexible adjusting tube 50.
