PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface modifying agent and a surface modifying method for concrete placed article by which the occurrence of crack or efflorescence on the surface of a concrete placed article is satisfactorily suppressed at a low cost.;SOLUTION: A material comprising specific 3 components containing 1,3-dioxane based compound expressed by a formula (in the formula, (n) is 0 or an integer of 1-3 and R¹ expresses methyl group or hydrogen) in a prescribed ratio is used as the surface modifying agent applied to impregnate the surface of the concrete placed article.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
