PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color-developing and instantly dissolving granules that shows excellent color-developing properties since the coloring material is uniformly dispersed on the surface of the granules and instantly dissolves with a small amount of water in the mouth, a method for producing the same and color-developing method for the instantly dissolving granules. PSOLUTION: The granules includes erythritol and a coloring material. The total amount of sucrose, glucose and fructose in the granule is 0-4 wt.% based on the whole weight of erythritol.
