PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common use transmission device capable of being used in common for one shaft or two shafts by selecting one or two output shafts from among three output shafts, and to provide an extruder equipped with the device and capable of selecting one or two shafts, and a kneader. PSOLUTION: The common use transmission device, the extruder equipped with the device and capable of selecting one or two shafts, and the kneader comprise a main drive shaft 1 having a main drive gear 4 and a main drive output shaft 7, and two driven shafts 2, 3 having driven gears 5, 6 in mesh with the main drive gear 4 and driven output shafts 8, 9.
