PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film and a laminate each showing excellence in an anti-bacterial property, a heat insulating property, an electromagnetic wave shielding property and anti-static electricity, and to provide a building material, a synthetic leather-made article, a freshness-keeping material and a plaster using the laminated film or the laminate. PSOLUTION: The laminate A is obtained by plastering a synthetic resin film 2 plastered on one surface of the laminated film 1 via an adhesive layer 3. The laminated film 1 is obtained by vapor-depositing an anti-bacterial metal on a synthetic resin film to form a metallic layer, and then bonding the formed synthetic resin films on each other by an adhesive agent with the metallic layers being inside. The laminate A or the laminated film 1 is used for at least one part of the building material, the synthetic leather-made article, the freshness-keeping material and the plaster.
