PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To browse all program information and also to report program start dates with easy operation by using one application program on a terminal for starting application programs. SOLUTION: In an individual broadcasting system, a portable web and application server 80 can be started by a portable telephone set 30 and generates a JAM (java application manager) file where various set information related to a notice alarm application program for reporting program information are customized and described correspondingly to each program. The portable telephone set 30 acquires and executes a JAR file, where the notice alarm application program is compressed, on the basis of the JAM file downloaded from the portable web and application server 80 and reports the program start date to a user.
