PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an Mo2FeB2 type double boride hard alloy having sufficient strength and toughness in addition to excellent wear resistance. ;SOLUTION: Mn and, selectively, one or more kinds among W, WB, Nb, NbB2, Ni, Cu, Cr, C, Si, Al, V, Co, etc., are added to MoB, FeB and Fe which constitute an Mo2FeB2 type double boride.
