PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive bell which reduces the electric power consumption and is capable of continuously increasing the sound volume.;SOLUTION: This motor drive bell has a supporting shaft A1 which is installed at the front part between opposite frames 4 and 4, a swinging shaft A2 which is hung by a hanging arm A3 right below this supporting shaft and is swingingly movable back and forth, a supporting shaft B1 which is installed in the rear part between the opposite frames, an oscillation shaft B2 which is hung by a hanging arm B3 right below this supporting shaft and is swingingly movable back and forth, a swingingly movable hammer member which is held by the swinging shafts A2 and B2 and is swingingly movable in the longitudinal direction, a gong which is struck by this hammer member, a drive motor and a link mechanism which changes the rotation of the drive shaft to the swinging motion of the swinging shaft B2. Further, the motor drive bell is provided with a spring 15 which strikes the hammer member with respect to the gong so as to face the hammer member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
