Light path placement search method, program and an optical path arrangement retrieval device

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently searching an optimum optical path arrangement.;SOLUTION: The method is executed for searching an optimum optical path arrangement in an optical communication network provided with a plurality of node apparatuses and optical fibers interconnecting the node apparatuses adjacent to each other and through which wavelength multiplex signals are transmitted. The method obtains a logic topology comprising branches and nodes on the basis of an active optical path arrangement comprising a plurality of optical paths. The method generates an initial code group comprising a plurality of gene codes each of elements of which includes a node number provided to each node apparatus. The method evaluates the gene codes belonging to the initial code group while associated with the logic topology and selects the most excellent gene code as a most valuable code.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
