PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive resin composition containing a polyamide resin and excellent in electroconductivity, water resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility and transparency.;SOLUTION: A phosphate group-containing polymer (a), obtained by polymerizing a phosphate group-containing unsaturated monomer bearing in the molecule at least one phosphate group and at least one ethylenically unsaturated bond or by copolymerizing the phosphate group-containing unsaturated monomer with other unsaturated monomer bearing in the molecule at least one ethylenically unsaturated bond, is subjected to a heat treatment together with a polyamide resin (b) to give a homogeneous electroconductive resin composition excellent in electroconductivity, water resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility and transparency.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
