PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength alloy material improved in fatigue strength on the side having a long life and excellent in fatigue strength. ;SOLUTION: A fine duplex grain structure composed of recrystallized grains and recovered grains having movable dislocations is formed on a base phase with a metallic structure of a high strength alloy material which has been solid-solution strengthened or precipitation streigthened, and the orientation of the adjacent crystals is made random.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
