Bancha (Nibancha, Sanbancha, Autumn / Wanbancha, Karancha, etc.), whose quality is inferior even with the raw material of the tea, is adjusted to a certain amount by using the coarse kneader (coarse process). The fermented tea is produced by moving to (twisting process), adding loquat leaves in the twisting process, and mixing with raw material leaves of tea, followed by fermentation and drying processes. This fermented tea has a composition containing as an active ingredient an extract contained in fermented tea and fermented tea produced by twisting tea raw leaves and loquat leaves.
