PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker for efficiently putting steam in a superheated state, and superior in cleaning performance.;SOLUTION: This cooker has a heating chamber 1, a convection chamber 2 having a convection fan 3 for generating a circulating wind in the heating chamber 1 and a convection heater 4 arranged so as to enclose the convection fan 3, and heating the circulating wind, a suction port 6, a blowout port 7 arranged in a back face part 1a being a boundary wall between the heating chamber 1 and the convection chamber 2, and communicating the heating chamber 1 with the convection chamber 2, and a steam generating vessel 10 for generating steam supplied in the heating chamber 1.
