USE OF HUMAN MESENCHEMICAL STEM CELLS, IN VITRO CAPACITATION PROCEDURE FOR HUMAN MESENCHEMICAL STEM CELLS, HUMAN MESENCHEMICAL CAPABILITY, CUREDONOGRAPHICAL CAPABILITY to a cartilage and bone repair composition comprising a group of human mesenchymal stem cells which are differentiated to chondro-osteogenic lineage by amplification with human serum and a transformant growth factor beta 1 having a molecular domain of. collagen I (TGF- 225 l-DUC obtained from eukaryotic expression systems and a biocompatible material that absorbs the cells prepared in this way. This composition can be used by implants in the area to be repaired or directly by injection of the cells in suspension, or at the site of injury or at the systemic circulation to cause widespread distribution.
