Solid Waste Treatment Process Through Accelerated Forced Aeration Composting A process of treating solid waste through accelerated forced aeration composting is described which comprises the steps for sorting and sorting solid waste; conditioning of the organic fraction in closed modules for stabilization and sanitation, said organic fraction kept between 20 to 30 days, at a temperature around 90 198 C; air and water injection into closed modules to promote aerobic decomposition of organic matter, drying of organic waste and elimination of contaminants and odors; screening organic matter and sorting non-degradable waste; transfer of organic matter to the open air to the maturation phase, which comprises cooling and elimination of the remaining gases, being between 5 to 10 days and pressing of the non-degradable waste and disposal in a final landfill, or optionally the waste degradable by incineration by combustion
