The invented method of reducing the driving power required to move fully dynamically balanced system with the periodic rotational or translational movement, and comprising a kinematic linkage connected balancing material body (2) and the balancing material body (10) with a balancing body (2) and a balancing body (10 ) acts an elastic member to support the movement of the balanced body (2) and the counterbalance body (10), thereby achieving reduction in the drive power required to move throughout the system and reduce the load on the drive mechanism.
