The method of reducing propulsion power needful for motion of a dynamically completely balanced system with periodic rotational or advance movement, and comprising a balanced material body (2) and a balancing material body (10) coupled with each other by a kinematic coupling is characterized in that both the balanced material body (2) as well as the balancing material body (10) are subjected to the action of elastic elements to support movement of both the balanced material body (2) and the balancing material body (10) to thereby achieve reduction in the propulsion power needful for motion of the whole system and reduction of the driving mechanism load.
