1-Arylpyrazole-3-substituted-amidoxime derivatives of formula (Ia) or (Ib), or salts thereof: wherein the variables are as defined in the specification, pesticidal compositions thereof, processes for their preparation, and their use for the control of arthropods (including insects and arachnids) and helminths (including nematodes) are disclosed.
